Lisa was born and raised in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. She is a clinic-trained technician with over 5 years of experience in the animal nursing field. For two of these years, she worked at a local Humane Society spay/neuter clinic, where she assisted with over 2000 spay, neuters, and other routine procedures. Her main interests in veterinary medicine include anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance.

When not caring for her animal patients, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and pets: her dog Bella and 4 cats (Smokey, Otis, Oscar, and Daphne). She also enjoys reading, cooking, and rooting for her favorite football teams, the Washington Redskins and Maryland Terrapins.
